Partially converted box truck for sale! Bought from used truck dealer in late 2019, have spent thousands of hours building it plus at least $9000 in materials over the past few years, and just don't have the time with partner and prospective family to spend on it.
Vehicle:
2005 Ford E350 Super Duty, gas engine, 132000 miles, fixed some minor issues and changed oil regularly while I owned it (didn't drive much overall, but it did just fine from Utah to and from the PNW). Includes jack, chains, spare tire, brand new vehicle battery.
House:
84 inches tall
14ft long
R5 insulation on sides and roof
400w Solar
2000w Inverter
2 100ah 12v LiFeP04 Battle Born Batteries
120v outlet in the back plus 2 12v outlets in back
Propex HS2211 heater, external (acting up, needs repair)
External propane tank
Internal propane quick connect with 2 burner propane stove
MaxxFan deluxe (no remote)
Dimming lights, separate switches for front half/back half
Price includes Dometic CFX3 75 powered cooler-style fridge/freezer. Optional but...I want you to take it
Heavy duty french cleat system for hanging heavy cabinets, hangers, kind of anything, holds hundreds of pounds on sidewalls and attachments can easily be removed/moved just by lifting up. System holds well through rough roads, hitting curbs, whatever. 6 simple cabinets included.
Bed platform suspended on E-Track, can be folded/strapped up to the front wall in 2 or 3 minutes, or removed entirely with no tools. Very sturdy, but not easy enough to convert bed daily, probably. I converted the bed periodically to use the truck for moving, or to make space in the box continue the build.
Some other items, like simple camping toilet, spare parts, come with.
This truck is parked in the Uintah Basin to avoid Salt Lake City parking hassle. Would consider driving it to SLC for a very interested buyer, but let's talk thru everything first. Video tour and some better pics on the way.
Please start with a phone call and if I miss you I'll get back to you!
