First off, Google "Freightliner Glaval Concord" to get an idea of the platform, Glaval makes all the fancy executive and Vegas party buses. Fit and finish are state of the art.

This rig checks all the boxes: Non-DEF Caterpillar turbodiesel, Allison 6-speed auto, 4 wheel disc brakes, direct DC minisplit runs ALL DAY ON SOLAR...HEATS AND AIRCONDITIONS!! The condenser fan housing is located under the floor behind the rear axle. (Not visible and in the shade).
6'4" interior headroom, 34' LOA, 10.5' airdraft, 250ft2 living space, air suspension, air parking brake, new Freightliner 6 way adjustable air ride captains chair,(yes the armrests are adjustable also), Cruise control, tilt/telescopic steering wheel, dual 120AH AGM engine batteries on rollers in locking compartment, block heater, 320 Amp alternator, electric mirrors, electric door, flat floor: (no interior wheelwells), locking fuel door, front and back heavy duty tow hooks, killer stereo. Hotspot Energy 12,500 BTU direct DC minisplit heatpump runs on 46-58 volts. No AC/DC conversion loss or complicated wiring. Hotspot Energy manufactures equipment for commercial off-grid powerstations, rated for use near salt water, is totally rust and shockproof, and not engineered to wear out or fall to pieces like Pioneer or other retail crap. Its mounted invisibly behind the rear axle underneath the floor. Totally silent and stealthy.
While you are going down the road, there is also a 32,000 BTU Carrier commercial AC unit that operates on the engine. With almost 50,000 BTU of air conditioning, you stay cool in Mexico or Florida no problem. The body is fully foam insulated. The Linoleum floor is very practical, cleans easily, does not scratch, and is not slippery when wet. Its also ribbed so sand does not accumulate every day. It will never wear out or buckle and come apart. Same for the ceiling: be wary of Skoolie builds with a lot of woodwork. Mostly they waste a lot of space and add weight. The flexing of a long bus spells doom for most of the fancy white joinery and woodwork you see that is all the rage in conversions today. The tongue and groove on the ceilings will gap and fall down eventually, and the extra weight is another problem. Keeping it lightweight, flexible and simple is key.
