Runs great (and fun to drive). Receipts for over $8400 of mechanical work, mostly with the conversion. She was a work van before becoming an adventure van and we all know what work does to a body. Some dents on the exterior. The interior is in fantastic shape as I am the first owner since the conversion. Recent work includes transmission, rear brakes, new tires, battery, hoses. Just completed safety inspection with thumbs up from the mechanic.
If you want a tiny house or adventure vehicle with quality craftsmanship, stunning woodwork and a cozy feel, this could be yours. Also great for parties or mobile businesses. I lived in the van full time and am only selling it because I bought land with an existing structure.
