This is our seventh conversion and lifestyle business. The van was converted spring of 2023. The van was purchased from Cummings Mobility and was formerly used for wheelchair transportation and therefore DOT inspected annually until the end of 2021 (vehicle maintenance certification performed by Department of Transportation for commercial use).

It’s in great condition, no rust, runs beautifully, and has been regularly serviced.
