*pending sale* Beautiful 2019 Ram Promaster 2500 159”, Off-Grid Conversion

Built with quality, sustainability, and comfort in mind, this all season van conversion is an off grid powerhouse and packs a ton of functionality into a small space. Our third conversion build, we feel we've made the mistakes in the past and have really built a wonderful escape vehicle or full time home. A functional kitchen with all amenities was very important to us in this build, especially with the pandemic making eating out a bit more challenging.

We loved living in this van for 3 months this winter and we confirmed that she is a versatile and comfortable full time traveling home on wheels. The van is still under the power train warranty and is registered as a motorhome in Washington State, allowing for easier procurement of insurance and financing, if necessary.

All appliances have original manuals and function/ look as new (stovetop has some signs of use but minor).

Kitchen:

Dometic Atwood 3 burner stovetop and oven, perfect for lasagna, cookies, or anything you bake anywhere else. Propane is in a sealed and vented locker under bed, solenoid activated with button next to sink. All solid copper lines, much better than flexible hose for obvious reasons.

Truckfridge TF78AM stand up, front open fridge and freezer (ice cream! smoothies!), 12 volt, low power consumption, 3 cu/ft volume.

25 gallon water tank with inset deep stainless steel sink. Drains to outside, includes folding bucket if in sensitive area where that's a problem.

Plumbing is all PEX with shurflo pump, silencing kit, accumulator tank, and filter.

And 6.5 feet of counter space on beautiful butcher block.

Electrical:

Sterling Power 60A DC-DC charger (charges while engine runs).

AIMS Power 2000 Watt Inverter/ Charger, allows charging from shore power.

Smartsolar Solar Charge controller, bluetooth enabled.

Victron battery monitor, bluetooth enabled.

(2) 100 ah Battle Born Lithium batteries, unbelievable batteries, numerous benefits, best of the best.

(4) AC outlets and (6) USB plugs.

Both driver and passenger swivel seats, allowing a very open feel to the living space.

Havelock wool insulation from floor to ceiling.

Webasto Gasoline heater, altitude mode enabled, will provide printout of care and maintenance instructions. Should last years with minimal problems! Very warm and comfortable in nearly any temperature. We love this heater.

Birch plywood for all cabinetry.

Mix of cedar (smells great) and pine elsewhere.

Pine tongue and groove ceiling paneling.

Waterproof, durable vinyl flooring.

Built in deep spice rack.

4 custom insulated, blackout window covers and curtains.

2x3 ft adjustable height, bamboo, foldable table.

Bike rack (holds 4 bikes)/ 2" tow hitch.

Wall for projector movies with the ability to sit 4 adults very comfortably!

Tons of storage - we are an adventure couple with a whole lotta gear.. We were able to fit backpacking, rock climbing, biking, snowshoeing, snowboarding, pack rafting, paragliding, skateboarding, AND mountaineering gear for two people ALL UNDER THE BED!
