If you’re looking to travel long miles or camp in a smaller rig this van is perfect for you! I purchased the van new specifically to avoid mechanical issues on the road and it has been perfect over 33,000 miles. I have kept up regular maintenance including oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks and cleaning. It is a gas engine and averages around 18 miles per gallon regularly and slightly higher on the highway.  I completed the build in April of 2021 before heading out across the country. It is designed for stealth camping and comfort. I traveled solo and liked having very few windows when staying in populated areas. I am 5’ 6” and love having the medium roof. It also allowed me to be more discreet when traveling. I still have a few inches of space when standing in the van. The van has a full insulated subfloor and shiplap walls. The build out includes:

I built the van to be efficient and use as little electricity as possible. I did live in the van for months at a time, almost exclusively off grid. I used the Jackery 300 and charged it while driving. There is space to access the roof if you want to add solar panels. This would be perfect for one or 2 people looking to camp full or part time and want something smaller than an RV and with better gas mileage!
