Off-grid ready Ram Promaster 2500, silver, V6, 159" wheelbase, 25k miles, $80k, in excellent condition inside and out. Original factory warranty valid through 9/14/22. Factory back-up camera and cruise control, bluetooth, automatic, blind spot mirrors. Dark tinted windows with heat-block including sliding door window and rear windows. Insulating window coverings for every window. Renogy Premium Solar System: 4x 100 watt (400w total) solar panels with Renogy charge controller and bluetooth. Battery monitor shows exact battery percentage in real time. 200ah Lithium battery (equivalent to a 400ah AGM battery), Renogy 2000w pure sine wave inverter. Battery-to-battery charger charges the house battery mentioned above whenever the engine is on. Passenger swivel seat. 700 watt microwave. 53-quart 12v fridge on a slide-out which locks in 3 positions. Webasto gas heater, very fuel-efficient, for heating the living area when the engine is off. Fully insulated with Havelock Wool and Thinsulate. Pine ceiling. Zero VOC paint. Large, deep sink with pull-out faucet, Shurflo water pump, outside shower with 10-foot pull-out shower hose and on/off hold switch on shower head. Plumbing includes 2x 6 gallon fresh water BPA-free jugs (12 gallons total) removable for easy filling anywhere or you can fill them without removing them from the van. LED lighting throughout on a dimmer switch, including under the kitchen cabinet. 2x 120v outlets and 2x USB charging ports. Fan-Tastic roof fan with 10 speeds pulls air in or out with rain sensor and handheld remote. Bench seat with 3” cushion and storage. Lagun table, which swivels 360 degrees in two places and adjusts up/down, can be used while sitting on the bench seat and/or the swivel seat. Table is 19.5”x24” and is also easily removable (pictured both ways). A larger table can be made upon request. Portable Stansport toilet stows away in a lower cabinet. Storage area over cab. New 5" thick short queen mattress (60x73.5) with new cotton sheets and new cotton blanket. Huge storage area under the bed is 31.75” tall. Storage on top of wheel well and battery box. Eco friendly cabinets; 3 overhead, 3 lowers, 2 drawers. Heavy duty magnetic catches on cabinets and drawers. To create extra, functional counter space we opt to go with a portable 1000w electric stove for cooking on the countertop indoors and a portable butane stove (camp stove) for cooking outdoors in nice weather. To prevent dangerous and unhealthy propane fumes, running out of propane and having to refill it, there is no propane in the van, everything is electric (except the heater which taps of the gas tank, all exhaust goes outside the van). Trash/recycling area next to kitchen. Click-lock hardwood-looking waterproof vinyl flooring planks. Entire living area is approximately 6’ x 12’, standing height is 6’1 ¼”, kitchen counter is 72” long. Van is 19.5’ long, 9’ tall and it fits in some regular parking lot spots. Seats two people. I'm extremely picky and it took a month to find a van in excellent condition that met all of my high standards in every way. I bought it as a cargo van from a highly-rated dealership before converting it. Clean Carfax with one owner before me (was registered as a personal vehicle). Extremely clean inside and out and has been well taken care of. Build tested off-road. Conversion done by my business partner Jack and I at his shop in Utah (he is an electrical engineer and has 40 years construction experience), and here in North Carolina. Jack has trained me to build camper vans with him over the past 10 years and together we have fully converted 11 vans. We’re both perfectionists. We have also both traveled in camper vans extensively over the past 10 years and have used our experience to continually improve our designs.
