Ford Transit Connect XL Camper Van

Ready to hit the road! This 2019 Ford Transit Connect XL cargo van, with just under 88,000 miles, was converted by Blue Ridge Adventure Vehicles in 2021. Conversion included: sound-deadening insulation and fixed floor with durable rubber coin flooring, Havelock wool insulation in walls and ceiling and wood-grain wall and ceiling panels, MaxxAir fan, 100-watt roof-mounted solar panel, which charges a Yeti Goal Zero 500X portable power station. The power station is included, and is sufficient to run the fan, a fridge (not included), and keep your devices charged while off grid. The power station can also be charged from a standard household outlet. L-shaped seating/sleeping area with lots of storage underneath, a small storage cube for coffee and essentials, and a usb-powered faucet that connects to water jugs stored behind the passenger seat. Bug screens for driver and passenger windows, a curtain separating cab from living area, and magnetic light-blocking window covers for rear and side cargo windows are also included. A folding table clips onto the bed frame and allows you to cook or serve drinks outside. When not in use, the table slides away next to the bed, and this space also provides storage for tools, hiking boots, etc. For things that won't fit inside, there is a cargo carrier that mounts to 2-inch hitch receiver. The hitch receiver also gives you the option of a bike rack. The van is currently set up for a solo traveler, but it would be easy to modify the bed to sleep two. The van has a brand new transmission, guaranteed by Ford for 100,000 miles. The van runs great, fits in a standard garage, and averages 27-28 mpg, so you won't pay a fortune to go on your adventures.
