Whether you are a weekend warrior or a full time van lifer, this van will exceed your expectations. This van was designed and built by a professional engineer / architectural designer. Originally purchased from its first owner at 20k miles on the island of Nantucket, it was then relocated to the island of Martha's Vineyard where the preliminary build was done. The remainder of the finish work was completed in Southern California. For the majority of my ownership I used it for weekend surf, snowboard or camping trips. During the last year I have been living in it full time. My friends always ask my what I would do differently if I were to build another and I never have an answer. This van is extremely versatile and functional for anything and everything. I have lived in it in temperatures ranging from -20 to over 100 and it has always performed well. With almost a full 80 cubic feet of storage under the bed along there is room for all of your belongings. Mechanically I have been extremely diligent to ensure the oil was changed every 10k miles and all additional scheduled maintenance was performed on time. With the Mercedes engine being rated for a whopping 500,000 miles, this van is just at the beginning of its life and has many adventures in its future.
