Fully converted 2014 Ram 3500 Promaster 159’ High Roof. 112k miles. Getting out on an adventure is simple with this van. Van was built over the past 4 months and we are selling it as we have recently found out that our family is continuing to grow. This was a pride and joy build as there was attention into every detail. There is ample light with multiple windows bring in a lot of natural light. There is lots up upgrades in this van that you won’t see in many other vans. Please see below for a full list of build out specifics. To highlight a few though. This van has a second row seat that can clip into mounted floor brackets. It takes about 10 seconds to clip it in or take it out when you’re not using it. Another significant update is the flares. This allows a queen mattress to fit in the van and extending the width of the van for a much more comfortable sleep. This van also has a Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Gasoline Heater installed under the passenger side seat.
OUTSIDE:
Flarespace flares which extends the width of the van. A queen mattress which is 80” long will now fit (van comes with mattress). I’m 6’2” and have plenty of room. The majority of other vans people have to sleep at an angle which is not very comfortable with 2 people sleeping in the bed. Flares are challenging to conceptualize, so here is the link to their website. The flares installed on the van are with siding windows. https://www.flarespace.com/shop/Ram-Promaster-p192015035

Rear ladder to access the roof.
Front lift kit of level out the gate of the van which raises the front 1.5 inches.
Running Boards on passenger and driver side.
Front runner guard.

ULTRA - 450 TOIL Satin Black Rims.
New Bridgestone Blizzak winter treads with only a few hundred miles on them.
INSIDE:
Driver and passenger seat swivel. Great for utilizing more space in the van.
Webasto heater with digital thermostat. The heater is connected to the car battery and power box with a flip switch allowing you to pull power from either source. I also installed a battery capacity indicator so you can see the level of the car battery and not pull too much power from it. The best part of the heater is that it can be set with a 7 day timer. Meaning, if you go out for a day of skiing and plan to get back to the van at 4:00pm, you can have the heater scheduled to turn on at 3:30pm and it will be nice and toasty in the van when you arrive!
Double-Handed Lagun Table System. This table is mounted right behind the drivers seat. It operated as a table between the drives seat and passenger seat. We also swivel it around and use it as extra prep space when we are cooking.
Second row seat that fits two. The van can now travel with 4 people comfortably/safely.
Ruvati deep sink with cutting board cover that allows for more utilization of counter space.
Moen facet with soap dispenser.
Shurflo water pump, filler and accumulator tank. This is also connected to a kill switch so you can turn it off well traveling. The whole system is modular, that way it can be taken out when it gets cold so the lines don’t freeze (see pictures).
Under sink water purifier.
20 gallons of fresh water.
Gray water tank.
Induction double burner cook top. Comes with a set of 4 pots/pans.
Custom built cabinets with spring gas shocks.
Custom build bench with flip up lid for storage.
Custom upholstery to cover up most metal showing in the van.
Baltic birch butcher block counter top.
Isotherm Cruise 130 clean touch stainless steel fridge/freezer.
12 inset dimmable lights which are on two separate zones. So you can have 6 front ones on or 6 back ones on.
Goal Zero 1400 Yeti power station. Comes with Bluetooth monitoring.
2” - 1” insolation for board throughout the entire van. Keeping it cool in the heat and warm in the cold. We also added wool which has great insulating properties and is also a natural moisture barrier.
2 outlets with 2 USB outlets in the kitchen area.
Reflectix window coverings for all windows.
Large garage area to store bikes or tubs. There is 2 LED lights on a switch in the garage.
LifeProof flooring.
6” memory form queen mattress.
New JBL GTO629 Premium 6.5-Inch Co-Axial Speaker.
Geyser heated shower in the back of the van that works great for a rinse off.
ENGINE:
New radiator.
That’s about it for the engine. Nothing too exciting here as it hasn’t needed any work besides regular maintenance.
