Loft Bed
Full-time dedicated bed setup with a pair of CR Laurence awning style bunk windows for maximum air flow & ventilation. Four overhead storage cabinets to pack in all the essentials. Bed is made from a custom 5” thick slab of high density foam that measures 72” x 60” designed to sleep two adults in total comfort. Comes complete with cover sheet, comforter, two standard/queen pillows & throw pillows.

Sofa Lounger
46” wide ultra-plush, high-density sofa lounger with ultra-premium fabric seated upon two generously-sized storage drawers complete with soft-close drawer slides. Features an all-birch plywood construction with butcher block armrests stained/coated to match countertops. Comes complete with a throw pillow. Armrest behind the driver's seat features a storage cubby area. Overhead is a large dual-bank storage cabinet for additional stow away solutions.

Bar Area
Nestled between the sofa & bed, the bar area features an oversized premium Dometic brand fridge & freezer combo seated below a butcher block countertop fully enclosed in a ventilated all birch cabinet. Conveniently located at the countertop are dedicated 120 & USB outlets. Directly above sits a storage shelf feature designed to hold books and/or decorative items of your choosing.

Kitchen
The all birch kitchen cabinet features a custom-shaped butcher block countertop complete with a deep basin stainless steel sink & matching offset gooseneck faucet. Water is supplied from a 16 gallon on-board reserve tank via on-demand PureFlo water pump. Features two storage drawers with soft-close drawer slides, one access door with a storage rack for kitchen essentials & one single overhead dedicated cabinet bank giving this kitchen a lot to offer. Separating the kitchen from the bed is a custom crafted decorative wing divider backsplash feature. Directly below the upper cabinet is the battery monitor display for easy referencing from bed & the sofa.

Bench Seat/Footrest
This multi-functional cabinet is seated directly in front of the sofa lounger & attached to the kitchen cabinet. All birch construction, this angled cabinet features a matching butcher block countertop with backrest throw pillow. Interior lighting controls as well as the inverter control switch are both conveniently placed here. The fresh water tank fill valve has also been placed here for easy fill access via the open slider door. This multi-functional cabinet can be used as a bench seat or footrest to kick your feet up on as well as a place to serve food & beverages. Enclosed within the cabinet  is the gray water storage tank with a custom GHT (garden hose thread) drain valve accessible from the slider van door. An additional storage cubby with cabinet door faces the sofa lounger for additional stow away options.

Garage Area
Directly underneath the loft bed is home to this generously-sized storage space. It is complete with a carpeted floor, LED lighting & one USB outlet. The garage features additional storage cubbies for gear organization & stow away. The divider wall that separates the garage from the interior zone gives full view and accessibility to the isolated electrical & plumbing compartment zones. The convenient access door opens to the main interior to give additional item storage & transport capabilities as well as increased accessibility to electrical & plumbing.

Cabinetry
Handcrafted birch cabinets throughout primed & painted in satin swiss coffee finish. Four generously-sized pullout storage drawers feature soft-close ball bearing glides, a pair in the kitchen & a pair underneath the sofa. Upper cabinet banks feature all birch ply inlays with heavy duty hatch style hinges & Camp’N Latch closures. Lower cabinet doors feature various hingework with Camp’N Latch closures. All doors & drawers feature handcrafted genuine cowhide leather pulls/handles.

Countertops
1.5” thick handcrafted custom-shaped birch butcher block counters sealed with a water-based stained & coated with polycrylic.

Flooring
Premium grade LifeProof waterproof laminate seated upon a solid ¾” plywood subfloor decking attached to a polystyrene insulated lumber subgrid with decking screws which in turn is adhered to the van floor with sikaflex adhesive bonding.

Walls & Ceiling
Both the walls & ceiling are lined with KilMat noise deadening material. Walls & ceiling are completely wrapped with 3/4” gorman T&G paneling, completely primed & painted. These are layered over a fully framed lumber buildout with poly-iso insulation panels & great stuff spray foam. Ceiling includes an additional layer of reflectix for increased temperature control.

Doors
All three cargo doors are lined with Kilmat noise deadening material. All doors feature hand shaped birch plywood insert panels overlapping poly-iso & polystyrene insulation sealed with plastic barriers. Lower rear cargo door panels are designed to allow for organizational upfits & storage attachments of your choosing.

Sale Details

Builder owned, this 2021 Ram ProMaster was purchased directly from the Ram dealership in November of 2021. With under 600 miles on the odometer now, this van comes equipped with all the original factory warranty packages.

In addition, the seller has agreed to supplement the build with a 30 day and/or 1000 mile labor service warranty on the buildout itself. Van to be sold “as-is” with all features described as well bed pillows, comforter, throw blanket & all throw pillows pictured. Decorative items, books & plants are not included.

Upgrades & Modifications
Van being sold “as-is” and seller is open to possible van improvement options at additional costs upon sale completion.
