Note: No A/C: I would have included the EcoFlow Wave portable AC if they weren’t currently so difficult to get your hands on, since I think it’s clearly the best and would work great inside this van. Right now, turning the Maxxair fan on exhaust and opening any of the screens in either the rear/on the slider of the van creates some serious air flow (great for sleeping/cooking/showering).

BUT, the opening for the Maxxair fan is a standard 14×14. If no rooftop AC is a deal breaker for you, you could fairly easily switch out the fan for AC.
