Wood shiplap walls
Swivel table on Lagun arm (removable)

1 ottoman seat that hides away toilet/portapotty
Ventilation & Insulation –
Maxxair fan with in/out capabilities and multi speed
AGOR Vanlife helped with insulation throughout walls and ceiling, after much research we did the best option which was R-19 fiberglass insulation, with R-10 Foam board and sealed with R-21 Reflectix (triple insulated with proper vapor barrier) Stays warm or cold for a good while, glad we did this!
R-10 Foam board and sealed with R-21 Reflectix insulation in floor, with subflooring screwed on top. (All inner frames were fastened with liquid nails and Loctite to ensure the strongest hold with no screw holes through any part of the van floor, walls or ceiling.)
Barn wood ceilings
Well maintained with Certified RAM Dealer
2 Factory Keyless remote fobs with keys (These vans only come with one factory remote so I had the second one factory ordered.. took over 2 months to arrive and cost over 400... I saved the next buyer alot of time! plus, you can't get new keys cut from regular car key cutters)
2 Remote starts - Newest 1-way model Compustar. These are heaven-sent, and auto turns off after 25 mins. Perfect for warming up. chilling the car when in bed..
Factory Rain guards installed by RAM certified dealer
Reflectix magnetic rear, front and side window covers
I no longer use the red curtain you see in the photo, i now have custom cut magnetic window covers.. love them!
Under that sitting bench is alot of storage with bins ( where i keep socks, undergarments, sweaters, shorts, etc)
The swing up counter/table has a leg but not sure why i didn't put it up in the photo (you'll see my arm holding it)
Side note - this van handled great on the sands of Florida as well as the snowy streets in upstate New York. And was always temperature-controlled and comfortable inside! It took alot of time and money to build and was meticulously crafted to act like a studio apartment on wheels!
I bought this Pre-owned with around 20k miles on it after searching for the perfect black van for months. The conversion was done alongside AGOR Vanlife ( they've been converting vans since the 70's !) then spent a year traveling occasionally around the eastern US. This was intended for touring (I'm a recording/touring artist) and since I've been recently informed that touring will be not back to normal until 2023, I'm deciding to let this beauty go. I'm now planning to move down south and hoping to find someone who will really appreciate "Big Black". I have a link to all products bought and used along with the schematic. The perfect stealth camper, weekend van, or vanlife vehicle!
