I built this out during the summer of 2020, with resale in mind, and then took it on a nice trip coast to coast for a few months. All of the receipts for the electrical components are available, as everything was bought new.

Some options for the next buyer:

• I wired an extra 110V line to the inverter, so the next owner could install air conditioning or heating easier.One of the storage bins under the bench was sized to be able to fit a toilet, if desired.
• I have a window meant for the back passenger door, that is uninstalled. You're welcome to it.
• I did not need the storage space to warrant putting cabinets high over the bed area for storage, so didn't. You certainly could add them.
• The battery charger (shore power) is wired, but before I cut a hole in the van for the exterior plug, I took her for a test run. The Sterling battery to battery charger, with solar, keeps those batteries plenty charged, so I've never used the battery charger
