i have a barely used 2019 Ford transit connect XLT renovates and perfect for stealth camping. Navy blue exterior with 2 custom tinted windows installed on the passenger cargo side and a rain proof Maxx Air fan/vent installed in the roof.
the interior walls and ceiling and insulated with top of the line sound proofing and moisture resistant insulation and covered in beautiful poplar wood.
The bed is mostly made of pine and easily converts from an L shaped bench to a bed (not quite full-sized but can cozily sleep 2. There is a good amount of storage underneath the bed and in the shelf area. I have an adorable USB powered sink with a gray and fresh water tank underneath. I also spent over $1200 on custom memory foam cushions with removable/washable cushion covers. I also have magnetic insulated window covers for the cargo area. The flooring iis laminate wood-like material that’s light, stylish and easy to care for.
(I’m happy to provide a more detailed map/ explanation of this system to serious inquiries)
-The battery system was professionally installed and is very safe with many fuses and switches to control power and prevent over charging.
-12 amp AGM battery, converter and inverter - I don’t have solar hooked up but it’s easy to add it to this system.
-This battery gets trickle charged by the car’s house battery once the house battery is fully charged when driving. This system setup has way more power than I’ve ever needed. It easily runs the roof fan all night and charges my phone and laptop without making a dent in the battery supply.
-Also setup for shore power charging
*I’ll be adding all the exact power supplies used soon*
