2013 16FB Coachmen Clipper Travel Trailer/Tiny Home

For sale by owner/builder is our completely renovated 2013 Coachmen Clipper Travel Trailer that was finished in 2020. It is 98 square feet and has been totally gutted and remodeled. This trailer can be used for weekend trips, or as a permanent livable dwelling. Due to its small size, included trailer brakes, and weight distribution hitch, the trailer can be easily towed with small pickups.

My wife and I lived in the trailer with our dog for 4 months during fall and winter. The creative use of all spaces, full kitchen and bath, and abundant storage made living incredibly easy. Single digit temperatures were no problem with the R13 foam insulation. It was a great experience to learn to live more simply, and we were disappointed to have to move out so soon.

The kitchen features a butcher block countertop with an undermounted deep quartz sink with a 2/3 cover for additional counter space; an over the range convection microwave; a two burner propane stove top; large 7.5 cubic foot refrigerator; over the counter LED bar light; a spacious slide out pantry drawer; and so many more unique features.

The dining/bed area has two bench seats with a butcher block table. The table can be raised to counter height for additional counter space. Each bench features a huge slide out drawer underneath and a slide out pantry drawer in the back of one bench seat. The booth can be converted to an extra bed. There is open storage under full sized bed with 2 dimmable reading lamps with USB plug.

The bathroom features a Nature’s Head composting toilet; an AirMaxx overhead fan; Extend-A-Shower curtain rod to give the 24”x36”shower a ton of space; storage space under the shower basin.

The heating system is a Suburban propane heater, and there is an A/C unit on the roof. The water heater is a PrecisionTemp tankless propane water heater. All exterior caulking has been replaced, windows sealed, and new tires (spare included). All walls were expanded to fit 2” Polyiso Foam insulation, ceiling included, to make this a true four season camper. There is a 30W solar panel on the roof, as well as a 2” hitch receiver and 4 pin flat electrical connector on the rear frame of the trailer to tow an additional trailer behind.
