2009 Chevy Express 1500 AWD 5.3L V8 camper van with about 120k miles. We purchased the van at around 50K and slowly modified it from stock to suit our needs and adventures.
We just finished an 8 month, 35k mile trip around the US and are now working full time in Chicago where parking is a premium so it's time to post our Goonie Van for sale so someone else to enjoy their own adventure of a lifetime!
Right before we left for our trip in April 2019 I preemptively replaced the rotors, brake pads, spark plugs, and spark plug wires because I knew that would come due while we were traveling the country (97.5k mile maintenance schedule). The next significant scheduled maintenance will be at 135K miles and will be to change the Transmission Fluid and Filter. I just replaced all 4 brake calipers and flushed the brake fluid on 08/28/2020. The side ladder makes it easy to access. The Yakima roof box is not included.

This van does have a few imperfections:
The front differential and the transfer case have slow leaks, they have since we bought it 70k miles ago. I monitor the level and top it off every time I change the engine oil and filter or perform any other scheduled maintenance. I would guess it takes 100mL to top them off yearly.
The passenger seat presence sensor failed which had disabled the passenger airbag. We installed an emulator bypass module which makes the van think someone is always in the passenger seat so the airbag will function normally, apparently this is a very common failure.
We are the 2nd owner. No accident. Title in hand.
