The conversion is ready to enjoy and use. The main frame of the build out is made of steel. Cabinets, benches, bed, storage and sink were built around the frame.

-Close-celled spray insulated all walls floor, and ceiling. Helps damper sound and keeps the van at the desired temperature
-Maxxair ventilation fan, fully ventilates the entire space within seconds, great for summers
-Custom stainless steel partition, deadbolt and keyless entry
