600w solar
30amp shore power hook up

45gallon gray tank

Most the bus is done, solar has been installed and running since early 2020 with no issues, bus sleeps 5 currently, there is one set of bunk beds and a pull out couch that fits a queen in the back, as well as one additional spot above the dresser for a 3rd twin.
Couches in front cover the water tanks no pluming run under the bus as it gets cold up here and we were worried about the lines/tanks freezing.
Come with Propane wall heater that has quick disconnects that stores behind the dresser when not in use.
Diy composting toilet, kitchen with 3 stove burner hidden under the counter.
Brand new butcher block counters, pex plumbing.
Lights are all 12v there is a pump under the sink for the sink gray water.
Pull out bed in the back is also opens up and has lots of storage under.
Ceilings are chalkboard paint (hence the black)
The unfinished:
Bus really could use a second coat of paint, the front (drivers compartment) need to be finished, and overall there is just finish painting trim, and some drawer/cabinet facing being the majority of what isn't done.
The bathroom needs to be refnished and possibly redone it is VERY small and might not suit your needs (space for a shower and just enough for the composting bucket).
The upper wall outlets need to be re mounted and the trim around them recut, I was a bit off in my measurements so to make the workable for now they hang off the wall a little bit.
The current charge controller is only 30amp and the solar really needs a 50 amp, there is a 50 amp mppt charge controller included it is not installed.
There is currently a 1500w inverter installed works great for everything but there is a 3000w inverter that comes with the bus to be installed as well.
The front of the couches needs mounting and painting (they are just trim panels) As well as the cabinet and dresser hardware (frankly I would replace/rebuild the dresser)
There is a Table that was modified to fit the size of the bus and fits in the living room as well as being a picnic table but it is a little akward to get around the legs with where it was designed to fit.
The gray tank doesn't have the dump valve installed yet (comes with the bus along with the pvc and connectors) so it just drains straight out the bottom as soon as anything goes into it.
Bus is fully insulated (walls floor and ceiling), and the living area is divided by a wall from the front as the loss of heat from the front windows in the winter was killing us. Holds heat well, needs ac.
Asking 20,00 obo, feel free to ask anything or if there is anything you want to see on the bus that was not included in the photos.
