Partially converted Skoolie build, charming and cozy, needs TLC

This build has lots of charm and needs a little help to be fully off grid. The seller from whom I purchased it lived in it for a year after he converted it, and I made some changes after buying it. The systems are basic and need someone with practical skills to fix them, maintain them and upgrade them to make this a truly charming home on wheels.  If you have the skills and resources, this little charmer has a lot to give back to you!

indoor/outdoor shower works!

stove- 2 propane burners

single bed base (provide your own mattress/bedding)

tiny kitchen with good drawers and storage (optional: some dishes may be included)

futon couch with some under storage

cherry wood flooring

Lots of windows and escape hatch in roof for ventilation (can install max air or other fan here if desired)

PROJECTS:

*Skoolie currently not starting, will include mechanic fee in selling price if negotiated* Recent development

electricity is currently not working- solar installed, supposed to alternately charge off of engine, but installer did not do correctly

a/c- installed but not functional

no heating except while driving

water heater  -does not currently work
