This is our own 148 Highline, the van we built to put every upgrade Ready. Set. Van. offers into one rig. We showed it at Adventure Van Expo this year as proof of what a fully loaded Highline can be, and now it’s ready for someone to take it further.
Start with what’s under it. Van Compass Stage 4 struts, control arms, and rear spring pack with Falcon adjustable shocks handle the road, backed by a PAD heavy duty rear sway bar. Reika Marauder wheels wrap around Nokian Outpost tires, and an FVC front bumper carries a Warn Evo 12-S winch. An engine skid plate and full bedlining protect the underside, and a 45 gallon auxiliary tank stretches the range well past a stock Transit.
Power runs deep. A 990Ah lithium bank feeds a Victron Multiplus 3000W inverter, charged by 150W of roof solar and backed by 100A shore charging. A Victron Cerbo touchscreen shows you exactly where every amp is going.
Inside is walnut throughout: vinyl walls, a butcher block dinette table, cabinet doors. A solid surface countertop holds a built-in induction cooktop and a Dometic 80L fridge/freezer, and both captain’s chairs swivel on JMG seats. In back, a CompoClosest sealing toilet pairs with a retractable self-cleaning shower door behind a walnut surround.
Staying connected off-grid isn’t a problem. A Starlink Mini Roam dish and four Sonos Roam speakers cover internet and sound, and a Switch Pros 12-button panel runs the lighting, including a 50″ KC light bar and scene lights on both sides and the rear. Up top, a Flatline Safari roof rack with a side ladder carries two Roam 95L cases and two Roam 66L cases, plus a Fiamma F45S awning. The rear doors hold a tire carrier, ladder, platform, and slim storage box, so nothing lives inside taking up living space.
There are a few scratches down the side from testing these upgrades in the field. Outside of that, it’s in great shape.
It also comes with a full year of complimentary support from our team, same as every RSV build.
We built this one to show what a Highline can be. Now it’s ready to show someone what it can do for them.
