When the bus was converted to a tiny home, all interior seating and rails removed (except for driver's seat), and a wooden floor with underlay was custom-installed. Furnishings include: bunk bed (IKEA Svarta), cabinet, clothing rack, closet shelving with wire baskets (IKEA Algot), makeshift shower, bucket toilet. Solar panel with house battery and 12V inverter installed. Fire extinguisher + smoke detector.
Currently the bus also features a new battery (just installed), D.I.Y. washing station (a sink atop a table with a hand-pump that feeds to a water container), rolling wardrobe, portable A/C (for when the bus is stationary), dehumidifier, extra extension cords, and a ton of additional supplies one might need on the road (when we lived in the bus, everything was secured to the metal rails along the walls with o-hooks and bungee cords, which works super-well, and is easy to undo and reposition.)
We researched prices for comparative vehicles with similar mileage, and have priced the bus accordingly. The asking price takes into account the money we invested into upgrades and maintenance (all maintenance records are available for inspection), along with routine depreciation and the fact that the exterior has a few dings, a bit of rust, and needs a run through a truck wash. We will consider reasonable offers.
We ran the VIN and the title is clean (PDF upon request).
We have done our best to detail and document the Champion's condition. It will be sold "as is." Payment by cash or certified bank check, verified by a local bank.
