2017 Ford Transit Conversion Van 250 Medium Roof 19' Class B Motorhome. Ford V6 Eco Boost Turbo Gasoline Engine, Sleeps 2, A/C Unit. I purchased this in late 2022 but my life has taken a different path and I'm not able to hold on to it anymore; really hoping someone can enjoy all the adventures I had hoped to have! Willing to consider any reasonable offer.
This van was custom-built by the previous owner with all woodwork done by a professional cabinet maker and all other systems (electrical/plumbing) were installed by qualified van upfitters in Florida and Colorado.
This unit is self-sufficient, designed and built to be sustainable off-grid for 7+ days comfortably, and can be used for full-time living or part-time travel. It's tall enough I can stand straight (I'm 5'8") and there's plenty of room to move around inside.
Walkthrough of the van from front to back:
Blackout curtains that roll up between the front cabin and living area that provide privacy & keep the van cool. These plus the window covers for all windows ensure total darkness in the living area at night. The passenger seat swivels to add an extra seat in the living area along with the two seats in the dining & desk area.
Full kitchen that includes a 75-liter capacity Dometic CFX3 75DZ dual zone, Bluetooth-controlled fridge/freezer; K&H 2-burner propane cooktop and ZUHNE 16” x 20” black granite composite kitchen sink and matte black faucet. Butcher block countertops are fixed above a custom-built, 9-drawer cabinet set with plenty of room for all your kitchen and camping gear. The functional kitchen sink drains to a gray water tank or can be toggled to drain directly outside the van.
The entire living area is lit with a total of 8 dimmable, LED puck lights that are divided into 2 zones--the kitchen area and bedroom area. There are multiple 110v & 12v charging ports throughout the living area. The storage area for the Dometic fridge/freezer doubles as a seating area for 2, with a pullout 42" butcher block table on heavy-duty, 200lb slides. Perfect for sharing a meal together or setting up for work.
Just below the slide-out table is another hidden slide-out drawer that houses an unused PyleUSA - SLCATL320 Portable Outdoor Toilet System. This toilet has a 5.3 gal waste holding tank capacity and 3.2 gal fresh water tank capacity and also sits on heavy-duty, 200lb slides.
There is a Bluetooth sound system wired separately for the living area with surround sound: 2 speakers in the bulkhead at the front facing the rear and 2 speakers in the back door panels facing forward.
A 20 gal NorthWest Conversions water tank supplies water to the kitchen for washing dishes and cooking and hot water to the shower out the back through the Eccotemp L5 Portable Tankless Instant Hot Water Heater. I have not used the water pump system since I purchased the van.
The just-shy-of-Queen-size (60" wide x 72" long) LUCID 5 Inch Memory Foam Low Profile-Cooling Gel Infusion-Hypoallergenic Bamboo mattress is comfortable and offers a large space to relax after a day of adventures.
To stay cool the van is climate controlled with a MaxxAir 05100K MaxxFan exhaust fan that pulls cool air through two, rain-proof louvers in the back doors; and a 360-degree Sirocco II fan that is mounted above the bed for direct airflow on your body while you are sleeping. The van is also thoroughly insulated with 3M Thinsulate Acoustic/Thermal insulation and US Energy Product‘s Super-Shield EZ Cool foil tape throughout the living quarters.
The exterior of the van has a custom paint job and a mountain scene graphic on both sides. The tires have been upgraded to BF Goodrich's KO2 all-terrain tires, which are more than capable in all seasons and weather conditions
